How find which literary agent handled a particular book?

How can i find out what literary agent handled a particular book? Is there a way of doing this en masse? For example find out which agents handled a list of a dozen books? I am *NOT* looking to find a literary agent. I looking to find the specific person (agent) who handled a specific book. Perhaps a reference book of some kind that list what agents handled which books?

Answer 1

your best bet would be to look at the 'thank yous' from the author inside the book, or the author's website.
